Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fraulein Label. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are proceeded within 24hours from our Sydney warehouse. We will contact you from some reason of delays.
Australia Shipping
Standard Shipping Fees - $15 AUD (delivery times 3-7 business days)
Express Shipping Fees - $20 AUD (delivery times 2-5 business days)
International worldwide Shipping
We use International Australia Post service for all international orders with tracking number on delivery.
Standard Shipping Fees - $45 AUD (delivery times 7-16 business days)
Express Shipping Fees - $65 AUD (delivery times 5 -10 business days)
Please note that delivery time frames do not include weekend or any customs processing delays.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping destination outside Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package randomly selected by our country’s Customs Department. Fraulein Label is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do no benefit anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, levies, costs, or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

Damages
If there are any damages to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@frauleinlabel.com.au
Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We have found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Fraulein Label politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a good look around.
