Fraulein Label – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fraulein Label, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each dress is handmade with care, and we stand behind the quality of our designs. If something isn’t quite right, we offer refunds and exchanges on eligible items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges – Full-Priced Items
We accept refunds or exchanges on full-priced items if you change your mind.

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • It must be free from stains, odours, and damage.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be trackable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@frauleinlabel.com.au with clear photos of the issue.
  • If approved, the item must be returned within 7 days using a trackable method.
  • If confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note: refunds are not available for normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or minor fabric variations.

Sale Items & Custom Orders

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order dresses are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@frauleinlabel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back.
  3. Return the item using a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
